Driving at work

According to DfT (Department for Transport) figures, more than a quarter of all road traffic incidents may involve somebody who is driving as part of their work at the time.

Driving is probably the most risky of all the activities employees regularly engage in, and that risk must be assessed and managed effectively. The obligation to do so is both a legal and moral one.

All organisations - small and large - have duties under health and safety law. For example, The Health and Safety at Work etc Act of 1974 states that we must ensure, so far as reasonably practicable, the health and safety of our employees while at work.

Steer a better business

For over twenty years, our range of bespoke fleet risk management and driver training solutions have helped a diverse range of organisations to reduce occupational road risk and fleet operating costs.

In addition to helping large organisations like the BBC, EU and UNICEF, we help small and medium-sized enterprises to navigate the challenges of keeping their workforce and vehicle fleet safe.

We will help your organisation to:

>     comply with legislation
>     reduce fleet operating costs

>     and drive behavioural change.

Fleet risk & driver training solutions

Health and safety law applies to work-related driving in the same way as it does to all other work activities. Our fleet risk surveys and advice will help you to meet your duty of care.

A risk survey of your organisation's fleet operations will help you to identify vulnerabilities and reduce risk. Together, we'll demonstrate that safety is no accident.

In our "Driving At Work" white paper, we share some of our expertise and experience in reducing fleet road risks.
